Refund Policy

You may claim a refund as per below once per unique service (eg. once for web hosting and once for vps hosting).

We are unable to refund any payments made via cryptocurrencies and the below policies are not applicable.

If the account holder cancels after the time period specified, there will be no refund given. Recurring payments will not be refunded on renewal, you should issue cancellation request 8 days prior to next due date and/or cancel your billing agreement or remove the card on file from client area. Issuing a dispute or chargeback will result in suspension and/or termination of your account including all related services.

Web Hosting Refund Policy

All web hosting plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days from signup date for whatever reason as long as its your first web hosting refund request unless otherwise stated.

VPS Hosting Refund Policy

All virtual private server hosting plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days from signup date as long as the requirements below are met:

  • You are requesting a refund for a VPS service for the first time
  • You have used 10% or less of your total monthly bandwidth
  • We have not received any abuse reports or your IP is not blacklisted and no AUP violations have occured

Other Services

Refunds do not apply to all other services including but not limited to control panel licenses, service addons, upgrades/downgrades, domain name registrations/transfers unless otherwise stated.
