What operating systems do you support?
We support all major Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, RockyLinux, Fedora, FreeBSD, and ArchLinux. Custom OS installations are available upon request however Windows is not supported at this time.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
Yes, all our VPS services include free DDoS protection, layer 3+4 protection, and on-site filtering to protect against volumetric attacks.
Can I upgrade my VPS later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your VPS to another plan at any time through our client area. Downgrade is not possible due to technical limitations (risk of data loss).
Can I get additional IP addresses?
Yes, you can request additional IPv4 addresses for extra £1.25/month per IP address. Please contact us via the client area.
How fast is the setup process?
Your virtual server will be set up instantly after payment, subject to passing automated verification checks. New accounts may require additional verification.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund policy?
