Self Managed VPS Hosting
All our VPS hosting plans are self-managed, we do however provide support for issues relating to the host node such as network issues. We will try to help wherever possible without any additional charges. For advanced requirements that can take over an hour, you would be looking to get our per incident or monthly management package.
cPanel/DirectAdmin Support
If you purchase a cPanel or DirectAdmin license from us we will provide free initial installation, optimisation and basic on going support.
Advanced Support
We can take the strain off your work load, should you lack the experience or don't want the hassle of managing your servers we can help. Advanced management is available for clients who need assistance at server and application level helping debug and resolve most issues. We offer both incident and set monthly packages depending on your requirements.

Unlike VPS hosting, our shared and reseller web hosting plans are fully managed. We take care of the underlying server, security patching and uptime monitoring, so our support team can help with cPanel questions, email and DNS configuration, one-click app installs (WordPress and more via Softaculous), and general account troubleshooting at no extra cost.
Free Migration Assistance
Moving from another host? Our team will migrate your website, email and databases for you free of charge, with minimal downtime, no matter which control panel you're currently using.
Additional Support
Some requests fall outside standard hosting support, such as debugging custom code, resolving plugin or theme conflicts, or cleaning up a compromised site. We can still help with these on a per incident basis, similar to our VPS management services.
