Refund eligibility
Most services are eligible for a refund within the window described in our refund policy. Domain registrations and licensed software are non-refundable once issued.
Requesting a refund
Open a ticket from your client area under Support → Open Ticket, choose the Billing department, and reference your invoice number.
Cancelling a service
Go to Services → your service → Request Cancellation and choose either immediate or end-of-billing-cycle cancellation. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
